I joined the 3M team at OLIVER to help spearhead a brand new account within their Healthcare Business Group (HCBG). The task involved creating more dynamic eComm product descriptions on 3M's website. Once 3M Healthcare spun off into its own company, Solventum, we began working with a more conversational tone and re-wrote existing copy to better connect with customers.
